HR Intern
Job Description
- Support HR Team to collect and file new hires’ documents.
- Post job advertising on website, screen and invite candidate to the interview.
- Update employee information to company’s system
- Coordinate with other functions to organize On Board program for new comers.
- Support Recruitment team in job fairs, interviews, on-boarding paperwork, new hire integration, etc.
- Support Training team in logistics preparation for in-house training, post-training paper work, public training course search, etc.
- Support Communication team in article composition, uploading, social media management (Company page on Facebook, Linked-in, Google+, Youtube), organizing staff events, etc.
- And other task as assignment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or relevant majors
- Proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel
- Willing to learn and can-do attitude, detail orientation
- Customer-service oriented
- Passion for Human Resources and FMCG industry
- Strong Vietnamese & English communication (speaking & writing)
- Minimum GPA in major 7.5/10 or 2.8/4
- Fresh graduate or at least 1 year experience.
