1. TRAINEE – CONSUMER INSIGHTS/ RETAIL MEASUREMENT SERVICES (BASED IN HCMC)

THE JOB BRIEF

• Assist the team on day-to day tasks for client requirement and project deliverables

• Deliver support in project management and preparation of client deliverables.

• Ensure accuracy of outputs on tasks assigned – translation, data checking, ppt decks, etc.

• Work in collaboration with the line manager to specific internal projects when required

• Support on administrative tasks
  

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Fresh graduated from universities;

• Analytical skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.

• English skill ( spoken and written)

• Mastering in Excel and Powerpoint

• Responsible for other duties as assigned.

• Working full day from 8.30am-5.30pm in 6 months
  

2. TRAINEE, PROJECT MANAGEMENT (BASED IN HCMC)

THE JOB BRIEF

- Follow up client to get updated questionnaire and store list for new rounds.

- Check reports for alignment with requirements, accuracy and correctness before delivering to clients.

- Prepare summary report, dashboard.

- Be hotline to receive and answer any feedback from clients about reports, data quality, Field Auditor behavior, project schedule,…Get alignment with RPM Project Lead or Client Service Lead for any critical issues.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Fresh graduated from universities;

- Analysis skill;

- Strong communication skill;

- English Intermediate level (spoken and written);

- Good at Microsoft Office usage;

- Pro-active, self-motivated, honest, passionate, critical thinking

- Working full day from 8.30am-5.30pm in 6 months
