PVA branding’s key responsibility across all visual look & feel.
Job Responsiblilities
+ Take main responsibility on PVA brand identity exposure across all communication channels
+ Manage a growing team of designers, and develop creative process and resources to fully provide quanlified design and creative service across stakeholders
Job Accountabilities
+ Create and develop creative idea/ concept which is served for PVA stakeholders for both internal and external communication; including but not limited:
* Brand/ Distribution and Digital Campaigns/ Projects
* Corporate Branding
* Product Launching
* Customer Service Items
* Operational Items
* Internal communication
+ Brand Management across sales offices and customer services areas
+ Develop Localized Brand Guideline for specific purposes
+ Manage and Supervise outsourced design vendors in all outsourcing jobs
+ Manage stakeholders’ requests:
* Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements
* Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions
* Determines production requirements by reviewing user requirements; considering scheduling factors
* Determines project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by staff
* Obtains final approval by presenting final layouts to section heads and users.
* Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending changes to art, copy writing, and production.
* Helps users by answering questions and responding to requests.
+ Self-monitoring and team Management
* Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees.
* Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
* Improves marketing quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing creative processes; implementing changes.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and in professional organizations.
* Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
+ Comply all PVA Regulations and Risk Management
Key Success Factors
*3+ years of experience in creative services, BA required.
* Skilled in using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
* Well-known production specification and process
* Project manager, capable of managing detailed work plans and schedules with cross-department dependencies.
* Self-starter, able to work independently and be proactive
* Foster teamwork
* Developing creative standards and productivity
