Digital MKT Executive
What You Will Do
Plan and manage Digital Marketing projects from coordinating for implementation, controlling delivery of tasks, to project budget managing and analyzing the results and the effectiveness of the projects Handle all Digital Marketing Campaigns (Facebook, Google, Email mail chimp, Website) for Nationwide and Centers Execute and lead digital marketing related activities (SEO, SEM, lead generation, email marketing) Continuously review, analyse and manage Apollo online assets (social media, web etc.). Analyse and report on Apollo digital performance Perform conversion, A\B and other tests Share, support and train other members of the Apollo family to leverage the digital know-how. What You Are Good At
Vietnamese national
Holder of Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Business related field
At least 03 years of total of experience in a similar position in digital agency or on Client’s side. At least a year working as a technician on platform of Google or Facebook as an optimizer
Best, with a Google certificate (Fundamental, Search, Display, Analytics)
Well-organized, creative, proactive
Sound understanding of Google Analytics and other performance measure ecosystems
Great understanding of digital advertising landscape (Facebook, affliation networks etc.)

What You Will Do

ECs are responsible for sales of an area given by CMs and for customer care to all internal and external customers.

Communication: Communicate well with other ECs and staff from other departments in the centre including teachers, EFL admin staff, tea ladies, security guards and etc.

What You Will Do
Work location: 181 Pho Hue, Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi
• Recruitment (80%):
Proactively plan and manage recruitment for all academic and teaching positions at Apollo and BEP to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time;
Be involved in the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to offer stage, which includes preparing job advertisement, receiving job applications, screening CVs, arranging interviews, doing reference check, sending offer packages, providing feedback to unsuitable candidates etc...;
Meet walk-in applicants, respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organizations' teachers recruitment activities;
Ensure all administrative arrangements for new foreign employee's arrival to the city are made and the appropriate people are informed;
Conduct new employee orientation/induction and provide welfare support to teacher as required;
Update all recruitment policies/procedures and recommend improvements;
Manage vacancies and candidate database and generate recruitment related reports;
Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants, seek out and manage recruitment agencies;
Perform other tasks as required.

What You Will Do
Responsible for designing of Marketing Materials: poster, banner, web layout, email marketing template, standee, brochure, flyers, company’s identity…..
Creating designs or a set of design options for clients that are consistent with the agreed conceptual approach, engage the target audience, reflect the organisation involved, are culturally appropriate, aesthetically pleasing and visually stimulating.
Ensuring designs are completed in a timely manner (allowing for drafts, reviewing and feedback of designs submitted). Shooting photos for creative work or event capturing.
Creating designs or a set of design options for clients that are consistent with the agreed conceptual approach, engage the target audience, reflect the organisation involved, are culturally appropriate, aesthetically pleasing and visually stimulating.
