We are looking for those who have :

High level of integrity
Strong work ethic
Ability to learn quickly and to work well with other team members
English fluency (must be able to speak, read, and write)
Graduate degree (or in final year of study)

What will you do :

Experience Christina’s Host Training Program: Handling daily tasks, which include preparing guest rooms, up-keeping our common spaces, and assisting guests with ad-hoc requests; Managing and sourcing supplies and inventories; Shadowing host’s responsibilities, such as responding to guests’ messages and inquiries, scheduling cleaning, check-in, check-out, and providing recommendations and selling tour activities.
Rotate among different departments to gain insights of the business after the general training period (Sales & Marketing, Tech, Human Resources, Tour Operations…)
After the general training period, trainee will be given opportunity to dive deeply into the area that is suitable with their ability & interest and be provided initial job trainings, leadership trainings.
At Christina’s, all member co-operate in general areas and expected to work collaboratively and participate in a wide range of tasks as requested.
