Decathlon là một trong những nhà bán lẻ các mặt hàng về thể thao lớn nhất thế giới. Được thành lập năm 1976 ở Lille ở miền Bắc nước Pháp, Decathlon hiện nay có mặt ở 25 quốc gia, với 60,000 nhân viên với 60,000 quốc tịch khác nhau. Công ty TNHH Decathlon Vietnam được thành lập ở Việt Nam từ năm 1995 với văn phòng ở Hồ Chí Minh và Hà Nội. Nhân viên của Decathlon làm việc chăm chỉ hàng ngày với các khách hàng quốc tế và nhà cung cấp từ khắp nơi trên Việt Nam và các nước láng giềng để phát triển, công nghiệp hóa và cung cấp các mặt hàng thể thao.

Hiện nay Decathlon Việt Nam đang có nhu cầu tuyển dụng một số vị trí sau:

1. Web Designer

RESPONSIBILITY

I generate business and traffic using commercial campaigns (SEO, SEM, Facebook…)
I improve the shopping experience of customer on Decathlon website with the creativity and design skills
I am available when customer needs and where they want to connect with me (Website, Facebook, Zalo, Phone)
I am responsible for the customer's satisfaction by closely following their daily orders

REQUIREMENTS

You are a fresh graduate or have 1-2 years of working in e-commerce jobs with IT Design background
You are familiar with English communication
You have Design Skills (Photoshop) & Knowledge of Online marketing (SEO, SEM, Facebook campaign)
You practice sport
You are dynamic, energetic, always POSITIVE and love Challenge
You have an eye for detail and a taste for action, and are comfortable with decision-making
You dare to take risk, and are able to take RESPONSIBILITY of your role
You have business mindset and a real PASSION for E-COMMERCE and customer satisfaction

2. Accountant

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You manage fixed assets

- You deal with tax and auditing issues

- You update and manage accounting database on the system

- You update and support others about all regulations related to accounting and tax system

- You manage the external agents to ensure the quality of their job

- You manage all kinds of reports relating to accounting and tax system

- You ensure the accounting rules are well applied in the Company

YOUR PROFILE

You take initiatives in the field and link accounting sense with a business sense.

- You practice sport

- You have bachelor degree or upper (preferable with major in accounting, finance, audit)

- You have >= 03 years experience in finance and/ or accounting, your experiences in tax finalization is an advantage

- You fully understand accounting flows, tax rules, financial and tax reporting

- You master excel for accounting job

- You are mobile internationally

3. In-house Legal Advisor (Preferable for Retail Industry)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The In-House Legal Advisor will be integrated in DECATHLON VIETNAM daily life. She or he will play an important role, supporting the Operational and Management teams on all general corporate legal matters and bringing innovative solutions for the businesses of the Company:

- Provide legal support, advice and coaching to operational teams about Commercial Law; Labor Law, E-commerce, Real Estate, Product Compliance, Business Contracts regarding both Retail and Production activities;

- Anticipate and minimize legal risks relating to the retail and production activities of the Company; manage legal monitoring and work with retail team in assessing the impact of any new or amended Vietnamese Laws;

- Create, update and communicate contract standards and procedures;

- Propose innovative solutions using pragmatic and logical judgment and support their implementation; - Train and coach operational team to provide them legal requirements and reflexes;

- Represent the Company towards the government, authorities and manage litigation within his/her scope of activities

- Develop & manage service provider (Law Firm)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years working experience as in-house legal advisor or lawyer (preferable for Retail Company)

- Master Degree of Laws (LLM) in Economic Law

- Experiences in Real Estate law would be a plus

- Fluent English speaking and writing

- Business Partner and self-starter

- Ability to manage critical timelines and queries

- Curious (with an inquisitive mind) and trustworthy

- Sports lover and practitioner
