1/ MARKETING INTERN

Responsibilities

Cold call and sales call to promote magazine subscription, including individual subscription and company subscription.
Manage existing customer database & accounts, actively seek out new potential database to convert to subscription. Ensure all sales processes (initiate contacts, magazine sampling & follow-up) are done swiftly & effectively.
Contribute to building up effective marketing strategies in general and telesales strategies in particular.
Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials.
Assist with execution of trade shows - Provide support to social media efforts.

Requirements

University Graduation or Final year student, 1-2 years working experience in telesales and customer service preferred.
Excellent oral and written English and Vietnamese communication skill.
Strong time management skill and organizational skill.
Good at communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and work in a team and solve problems during work.
Must be self-motivated for high results. Can work independently.
Computer skill (Word/Excel/PowerPoint with a familiarity with photoshop is a plus).

2/DESIGNER INTERN

Job Description

Develop the approved creative concepts into prominent layouts/designs matched with brand guidelines and positioning according to projects requirements, such as print ad, website, Facebook covers, Facebook posts, emails and online banners.
Design, edit images and graphics for social activities.
Develop marketing materials from ideas to production such as occasional gifts for customers, online and printed booklets, etc.
Assist senior designer during photo shoot (website products, Facebook, magazine advertising, newsletters, POS, etc.).
Work with internal teams to provide company activities with marketing and design support.

Requirements

Final year students with College Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Fair communication in English.
Ability to work full-time in 3 months.
Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must.
Creative, responsible, teamwork, attention to detail.
Self-motivated to deliver work on-time and with quality.
