2. Job Description
- Checking, reviewing and commenting the outgoing and incoming contracts with third parties (HVBL Group) under finalization of Legal Manager to ensure law compliance and protect company's interest.
- Providing legal advices to support Legal Manager in dealing with arising issues related to Legal from other departments to ensure its the activities in compliance with the prevailing laws & regulations
- Coordinating with relevant Departments to get and clarify sufficient information for legal consultancy.
- Index, classify and manage company's contracts/legal documents (including electronic database) for easy retrieving.
3. Job Requirement
- University degree in Commercial Law/ Economics Law.
- Memberships of Bar Association in VN (preferable)
- Communication skills both English / Vietnamese (verbal & written).
- PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Good communication/Interpersonal Skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking.
- Convincing skill and Organizing/Planning skills
- Honesty, impartiality
