Student Exchange Vietnam (SE Vietnam) là tổ chức giáo dục được thành lập với mục đích thúc đẩy các chương trình trao đổi giữa sinh viên Việt Nam và các nước trên thế giới như Anh, Úc, Mỹ, Nhật,Hàn,... trong đó “Thực Tập Sinh Quốc Tế” là một trong các chương trình trọng tâm. Từ khi ra đời, chương trình đã và đang hỗ trợ các doanh nghiệp, tổ chức tại Việt Nam tiếp cận, sử dụng hiệu quả nguồn nhân lực trẻ đến từ nhiều quốc gia khác nhau, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ nhân lực cũng như đáp ứng yêu cầu ngày càng cao của hội nhập toàn cầu. Cùng với đó, một môi trường giao lưu, học hỏi đa quốc gia đã được hình thành và phát triển, mang lại những trải nghiệm quốc tế đầy ý nghĩa cho các bạn sinh viên Việt Nam.

Student Exchange Vietnam (SE Vietnam) was established with the purpose of connecting the YOUTH via student exchange programs. We bring international students to Vietnam for academic and professional experiences. We create opportunities for Vietnamese students to gain international exposure by either going abroad to study or working with foreign students in Vietnam.

Duration: 3 months (minimum) starting from December 01st 2016

Overall responsibilities

The program assistant at SE Vietnam is a multi-tasking position, and the intern will work to promote and implement customized exchange programs in Vietnam (internship and study) for international students from different countries.

Key tasks & responsibilities

Working on and assisting with implementing Marketing strategies & activities to boost up company’s brand and sales, including: design marketing products (photos and videos), create content for website, newsletter and other social channels, etc.
Assisting with developing SE Vietnam’s network of partners (companies, universities, NGOs, etc) in both Vietnam and overseas
Assisting with coordinating exchange programs in Vietnam for international students which involves the following tasks:

International students recruitment
Working with organizations Vietnam in various fields for international students’ exchange placements
Logistical arrangement & event organization for welcoming international students to Vietnam

Key performance indicators

100% of exchange applications are processed and delivered appropriately and timely
Other assigned tasks are well performed and finished on time

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or current university student (junior or senior preferred) majoring in International Business/Business Administration/Marketing & Communication/International Relations/Language Education/ Graphics Design or another related discipline
Passion for International Education
High proficiency in spoken and written English
Solid writing and communication
Knowledge of Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw and other creative software (preferred and not required)
Microsoft Office Skills
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Be able to work under pressure
