Pact is an international non-profit, non-religious, non-political and non-governmental organization that is based in Washington D.C, United States. Pact is currently working in 57 countries, implementing more than 100 programs.
Through training, technical assistance, mentoring and direct financial support, Pact strengthens local organizational and institutional capacity to further development goals in health, livelihoods, natural resource management, and other sectors.
Pact is recruiting a Program Intern for its main office in Hanoi.
SPECIFIC TASKS
- Assist with filing documents;
- Provide administrative assistance and logistic arrangement to program trainings/workshops and other office events;
- Provide translation of project materials;
- Provide interpretation when required;
- Support the M&E Officer with program data work, for eg, screen/clean project data, prepare simple data tables and/or summary;
- Prepare Travel Authorization (TA) for travelling staff;
- Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Vietnamese national
- University graduate with a Bachelor on English Language or of a similar field.
- Experience of voluntary work or internship is preferred
- Good communication inter-personal skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Other computer skills in Word/ Excel/Power Point
