Job Description
As a member of the Finance & Legal of Gameloft Studios in Vietnam, and under the responsibility of SEA Costs Analyst and Budget Manager, you will be in charge of cost analysis.
Your daily responsibilities consist of:
1. Monthly Cost Analysis (Turnover, Sales, Admin...)
- Suggest topics to be studied to SEA Costs and Budget Manager
- Gather data source
- Analyze
- Provide executive summary and recommendation
2. Support on gaps comments (budget vs actual & actual evolution)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set:
- Background of Accounting & Cost Control;
- Perfect for 1st level of Master
- Great Excel skills (Automatisation, VBA)
- Good analytical skills;
- Proficiency in English;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Well-organized and detail-oriented;
- Good sense of responsibility and good teamwork;
- Ability to meet deadlines; deliver reports in a timely and accurate manner;
- Ability to work in a fast changing environment.

Job Description
- Project and team management
- For long term projects the division is taking upon
- Organize monthly SCRUM meetings with SEA Finance Managers - Insure the coordination with all studios in SEA
- Follow up action plans for SEA Finance Managers
- Track team performance & rewards
- Analysis
- Prepare the monthly press release based on news of various subjects (IT industry, Economy, Exchange Rates, Smartphone/Connectivity and Legislation)
- Submit studies on specific cost (rent, utilities, salaries etc.) for the region
- Conduct researches on compliance; cooperate with other studios in SEA to ensure legal compliance
- Monthly review the Cash Calls and Bank Account Reports for SEA
- Communication
- Review the division’s communication (internal and external)
- Help improving the division’s processes to increase communication efficiency within the team
- Ensure proper access to division’s information to relevant stakeholders on the shared server
- Reporting
- Support Finance Director into ad-hoc tasks concerning:
- Organization & communication
- Methods improvement opportunities
- Cash & costs analysis
Qualifications:
- End-of-studies/ gap year of Master degree in Business Administration/ Corporate Finance or an equivalent field
- Excellent communication in English, French is a big plus
- Self- driven
- Ability to present information efficiently
- Driving license is recommended
