The Hult Prize Foundation is a start-up accelerator for budding young social entrepreneurs emerging from the world’s top universities. Founded by President Bill Clinton and TIME Magazine, the annual Hult Prize Competition is held to identify and launch the most compelling social business ideas: start-up enterprises that tackle grave issues faced by billions of people.

II. HULT PRIZE at FTU HCMC:
FTU HCMC has been the unique organizer of Hult Prize Viet Nam since 2013. Especially in this season 2017, FTU HCMC and Ton Duc Thang University will gain the honor as the co-host to Hult Prize with various universities in Viet Nam. Hult Prize at FTU HCMC takes pride in presenting to you the most exciting and thrilling contest embeddedwith meaningful messages to the whole world.
III. BENEFIT
For National Round:
03 winning team will earn the exclusive ticket to compete in the Regional Round in Shang Hai up to 48,000,000 VND per team
01 dedication prize with interesting reward ( including cash and scholarship)
For International Round:
The victorious team in Regional Round will achieve 1 million USD in seed capital as well as mentorship and advice from the international business community.

V. PARTICIPANTS:
MBA and students from 09 universities: Foreign Trade University; University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh city; International University; University of Economics and Finance; University of Finance and Marketing; University of Economics and Law; Ho Chi Minh city Open University; Banking university; Huflit University.
Members in one team must come from the same university and each team including at most 01 alumni.

VI. CONTEST RULES: Including 3 rounds
Round 1 - IGNITION (online) [October 18 – November 10]
- Each team has to register for your team via the official Hult Prize FTU HCMC website. The deadline for team registration is November 8
- After team registration, the team submits a powerpoint (.pttx) in which introduces your team and presents your business idea for Hult Prize 2017

- The submission is officially accepted from 00h00 19/10/2016 to 23h59 10/11/2016
2. Round 2 - ILLUMINATION (offline) [November 17 - November 27] – TOP 30
(TOP 30 will be provided with training sessions from high-profile guest speakers) Presentation Day (November 27)
- 30 selected team will deliver a presentation to clarify your solution to the given challenge, in front of the panel of honored judges.
- Each team will have 10 minutes to present and 5 minutes to debate with judges.
3. Round 3 - LUMINOSITY (offline) [December 04 - December 11] – TOP 10 (TOP 15 will be provided with coaching by separate mentors) Gala Day (December 11)
- After careful preparation and guidance, 15 selected team will have 15 minutes to give a presentation about their full detailed plan and 5 minutes to answer the questions from the board of honor judges in front of an audience.
4. Preparing for Nation Round: [After December 11] – TOP 06
- Each team will be guided further by a separate mentor to fully develop and successfully conduct the in-depth experiment on their plan with a view to carefully preparing for National Round.
